Shipping Policies
Your tasc Performance order will typically ship within one business day via FedEx Home Delivery service. Transit time typically runs between 1 – 5 days depending on the distance to your destination. Orders will ship from our distribution center located in the New Orleans, LA area. We do not ship any orders on the weekends - if your order is placed after 12PM CST Friday, it will not go out to the warehouse until Monday and may take more than 1 business day to ship. Any orders with a total of $350 or higher may require an indirect signature.
For expedited shipping methods (Express Saver, 2 Day, or Overnight) please place your order by 12 noon CST, Monday through Friday, to ensure same-day shipping.
Please note that transit times for FedEx Home Delivery are not guaranteed, for guaranteed transit times please select an Express method of shipping (Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight). tasc Performance is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc.
**FedEx is not allowed to deliver to PO Boxes** If you must have your package shipped to a PO Box the ship method will be updated to USPS Priority mail by one of our customer service representatives.
Free Domestic Shipping Policy for Orders $100+
Customers are eligible to receive free Flat Rate Shipping on domestic orders when they spend $100 or more after any additional discount codes and tasc Rewards Points have been applied.
International Shipping Policy
tasc Performance offers shipping to international destinations via UPS’ iParcel service. Please note - UPS' iParcel service is currently facing intermittent issues which may impact some international customers when attempting to place an order. If you run into any problems during checkout, please reach out to our Customer Service at [email protected] and our team will notify you as soon as the issue is resolved!
Please see options offered at checkout. Due to the complexity and costs of international delivery, free returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
Product Returns
Our no-hassle returns policy assures that all charges will be refunded if you are not entirely satisfied with your order (restrictions and exclusions apply).
To process your free return/exchange, please return your items within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date. The returned item(s) must be in like-new condition (unwashed with original hangtags). Please note that all sale items are final sale and returns/exchanges cannot be issued. Any custom embroidered/printed items are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned.
