On September 17th tasc Performance athlete Jeff Evans  will guide Heather Thomson, TV personality, fashion designer and philanthropist,  and 18 other women to Africa to climb Kilimanjaro; the highest free standing Mountain in the world and one of the “Seven Summits”.  tasc Performance is honored to be sponsoring the Kili Climb 2016 by providing our baselayers and Sideline 1/4 Zips. The group has also partnered with tasc supported charity No Barriers .The climbing team includes female military veterans and top entrepreneurs showcased at www.kiliclimb2016.com.

Heather Thomson has chosen to climb the mountain because it's the perfect metaphor for the challenges that women face in this society.

" I've chosen to climb a mountain because it's the perfect metaphor for the challenges that women face in this society. Women shouldn’t be judged by the size of their waist but by the size of their heart. I will be climbing with an amazing team of 17 women, from all walks of life, all shapes and sizes and a variety of ages. We will be sharing our journey to well being with the world, we are re-defining healthy! This adventure is going to challenge all of us to dig deep and ignite our inner warrior, and I can’t wait! The training for the climb began earlier this summer at the No Barrier Summit in Colorado.
